This borrower came to us looking for cash out of a rental property in Corona Del Mar. The appraisal he had done back in July 2017 stated the value then at $1,150,000. Since the market has only gone up from there we did not require a new appraisal. He only owed $195,000 on his 1st. He wanted to leave that in place since his rate was 3%.
We provided him a loan in 2nd position of $350,000 at 9.99% for 48 months. The property is currently rented for $3,900 per month.
